We open the circle for people of the heart and drink the ceremonial cocoa together. Afterwards we open our hearts through a guided meditation, accompanied by live music and the vibrating sounds of the crystal singing bowls. You can go into deep relaxation, experience rest and transformation on all levels. Give yourself time for yourself.

preparation

Try to fast 3-4 hours before the ceremony or just eat a light meal. Avoid alcohol and caffeine so that you can also feel completely comfortable.

If you have high blood pressure, heart disease, or are on antidepressants, ceremonial doses of cocoa are discouraged. You are welcome to inform us in advance.
